Hi, my name is Carina Woolrich and I'm here to help you with all of your real estate needs. I'm licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina and an associate broker in Georgia. I've worked as a commercial photographer since the 1980's, mostly in San Diego, CA. My husband and I left San Diego in 2004, moved to St Croix in the US Virgin Islands for a couple of years, then came to Hayesville, NC in 2006. We've decided to make this our permanent home, we love it here!!!

Through the process of buying, refurbishing and selling our homes, I realized how much I enjoy real estate. After leaving the city, I finally found the time to get into real estate professionally. It seemed to make a lot of sense since photography is probably the most important part of marketing homes and land. I took it one step further last year and opened a real estate virtual tour company, Woolrich Photo Tours, so in addition to photographing properties for other Realtors, my listings get the very best photography and virtual tours, updated on a regular basis.

I'm relatively new to real estate as a profession. This can be an asset in some ways. I'm highly motivated and have some really good people behind me for advice, but I haven't forgotten what it's like to be on your side of it. I try to look at all transactions from the client’s point of view as much as from the Realtors.

I specialize in Clay County, NC and Towns County, GA including the communities of Hayesville, Brasstown, Warne, Shooting Creek, Hiawassee and Young Harris, but my website gives you access to the MLS for 7 counties in 3 states.
